What the chatbot helps with

AI helps interpret customer messages and write replies. Appointment changes are checked by the scheduling system. Available services and capabilities depend on each business configuration.

Your business number and account

The planned onboarding lets each client authorize Efecade Chatbot to access their own WhatsApp Business account and phone number through Meta. The client keeps ownership of those assets and controls the access they grant.

For eligible WhatsApp Business app numbers, we use Meta’s Coexistence onboarding so the phone app and its existing chats can be kept alongside the integration. Eligibility is checked during onboarding.

The WhatsApp integration is currently being set up. Guided demonstrations are available by arrangement.
