Endward Propulsor Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

EFECADE TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 67.285.185/0001-07, based in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil, is the controller of information that EFECADE itself receives and controls in connection with Endward Propulsor.

For game support, privacy questions, or a request concerning information controlled by EFECADE, email contact@efecade.com. This monitored address is the privacy and support contact for the game.

You can play without creating an EFECADE account. Game Center and iCloud use your Apple Account and remain optional Apple services.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores a small player profile in local app preferences so it can preserve your progress and settings. This profile includes:

Personal-best scores for each difficulty, cosmetic unlock qualification, and selected ship paint and body.
Enabled or disabled Shield, Phase, and Autopilot items; selected difficulty; configurable harder speeds; and the Chaos Obstacles setting.
Camera distance, flight direction, practice-mode configuration, and language preference.

For reliable offline Game Center delivery, the game also stores bounded local records: pending best-score submissions, locally earned achievements awaiting delivery, successful-delivery records, and the Game Center player identifier associated with those deliveries. These operational records are not included in the iCloud player profile.

Local information stays inside the app container unless sent to iCloud or Game Center as described below. Apple may include app preferences in device or computer backups. Offloading the app normally preserves its local data.

3. iCloud synchronization

When iCloud is available for the app, Endward Propulsor automatically uses Apple iCloud key-value storage to synchronize the player profile between devices signed in to the same Apple Account. The game does not provide a separate iCloud switch; you control iCloud access in Apple system settings.

The synchronized profile contains the gameplay progress and preferences listed above, plus technical schema, modification, and reset timestamps used to merge devices safely. It does not contain your Game Center identifier, Game Center delivery queues or receipts, support messages, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic logs.

EFECADE has no backend, administrator console, or other means to inspect, retrieve, modify, export, or delete an individual player profile directly from iCloud. Apple operates iCloud and controls its infrastructure. Synchronization is asynchronous, so a change may not appear on every device immediately.

4. Apple Game Center

Game Center is optional and is operated by Apple. If you sign in, the game uses GameKit to:

Read your Game Center player identifier so deliveries stay associated with the correct signed-in player.
Submit your best score to one leaderboard for each difficulty and submit completed achievements.
Attach limited ruleset context to a score: disabled flight items, selected speed tier, Chaos Obstacles status, and a ruleset version.
Read your completed achievement identifiers and your own score, rank, and total leaderboard player count so the game can reconcile deliveries and show your world rank.

The rank request can cause GameKit to return the first global leaderboard entry as part of the response. Endward Propulsor does not inspect, store, or render that other player record. The app code does not request your nickname, avatar, friends list, related players, or recently played-with players. Apple’s own Game Center dashboard may display profile and leaderboard information under Apple’s controls.

Apple stores and displays Game Center scores, achievements, nickname, avatar, and activity according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy terms. For live leaderboards, authorized EFECADE App Store Connect users can view and manage Apple’s top 100 scores and players to remove fake scores or block fraudulent submissions. EFECADE does not receive a general Game Center player database.

5. What the game does not collect

Endward Propulsor has no EFECADE gameplay backend and includes no advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, attribution service, social SDK, or non-Apple network SDK. It does not request your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information, or payment information.

The game does not send custom telemetry or gameplay logs to EFECADE. Apple may make aggregated App Store analytics, sales information, and Apple-generated crash or diagnostic reports available to EFECADE when Apple and the user’s device settings permit it. Those Apple services are not used for advertising or to build player profiles.

Opening the Privacy Policy leaves the game for this public website. The game does not automatically attach scores, device details, logs, or your Game Center identifier to that visit or to a support email.

6. Why information is used

To run the game, remember preferences, restore progress, and synchronize compatible devices.
To provide optional Game Center authentication, leaderboards, achievements, offline retries, and rank display.
To protect fair leaderboards, diagnose support issues, prevent abuse, and maintain app reliability.
To answer support and privacy requests and comply with legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing is based as applicable on providing functionality or support you requested, EFECADE’s legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the game, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires consent. Support information is not used for mailing lists, advertising, or unrelated marketing, and EFECADE does not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Local profile and Game Center delivery records remain in the app container until you use Erase Progress, delete the app and its data, or the operating system removes them. Offloading the app may preserve them.
The iCloud profile remains in Apple iCloud until it is replaced by the game’s reset profile or removed through Apple-provided account controls. Deleting the app from one device does not by itself erase the iCloud profile.
Game Center scores and achievements are retained by Apple under Apple’s terms and are not erased by the in-game progress reset.
Routine Endward Propulsor support correspondence is deleted from EFECADE’s active mailbox within 24 months after the last communication.
Routine web-server logs are controlled by the website hosting provider’s operational retention schedule and are used only for delivery, reliability, and security.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, security or fraud investigation, dispute, or defense of legal claims. Deleted email may remain temporarily in provider backups until those backups rotate.

8. Erase Progress and your Apple choices

In the game, open Settings, then Privacy & Data, then choose Erase Progress. After confirmation, the game erases its local scores, unlocks, cosmetics, gameplay and practice settings, language choice, and local Game Center delivery records.

To prevent an offline device from restoring old progress later, the game replaces the iCloud player profile with an empty/default reset generation containing a schema version and reset timestamp. Compatible versions discard data from older generations when they reconnect. An older or offline app copy may temporarily show its local data until it updates and synchronizes, but it cannot replace the newer reset generation in iCloud.

Erase Progress does not remove Apple Game Center achievements or leaderboard scores. Apple controls those records. You can manage Game Center sign-in and sharing, and enable or disable Endward Propulsor iCloud access, in Apple system settings. If you want to erase game progress before deleting the app, use Erase Progress while iCloud is available; uninstalling alone is not an iCloud deletion request.

9. Support and this website

Support is user-initiated by email. EFECADE receives the address and name shown by your email account, your message, any attachments you choose, timestamps, and ordinary email routing headers. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to answer the request.

At present, efecade.com is hosted through HostGator, and the contact@efecade.com mailbox is hosted through Titan Email. These providers process information as service providers to deliver the website and email. Access is limited to the EFECADE owner or authorized personnel who need it, plus provider personnel when required to operate their services.

This privacy-policy page has no contact form, advertising, analytics, CAPTCHA, cookies, or browser storage. The web host may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser user agent, and security events in server logs.

10. Sharing, international processing, and security

Information is shared only as described here: with Apple for optional iCloud, Game Center, App Store, and diagnostic services; with hosting and email providers for the public policy page and user-initiated support; or with authorities and advisers when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. EFECADE does not share support information with advertisers.

Apple, HostGator, Titan Email, and their subprocessors may process information in Brazil, the United States, or other countries where they operate. EFECADE uses established service providers and requires information handled for EFECADE to receive protections appropriate to its nature and applicable law.

EFECADE applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, limits access, and minimizes the information it receives. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Children and adolescents

Endward Propulsor is a general-audience game and is not submitted to Apple’s Kids Category or designed or marketed specifically for children. EFECADE does not ask for age and the game does not directly collect contact information. Apple parental controls and child-account restrictions apply to iCloud and Game Center.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child sent personal information to EFECADE can contact contact@efecade.com so EFECADE can review and, where appropriate, delete the information it controls.

12. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation and access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability where regulated and technically applicable, opposition, or withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent.

EFECADE ordinarily cannot identify or retrieve information held only on your device, in your private iCloud key-value store, or inside Apple Game Center. For those records, EFECADE will provide in-game or Apple-setting instructions and refer Apple-controlled requests to Apple. EFECADE can act on identifiable support correspondence it controls, subject to lawful retention exceptions, and may request proportionate information to verify the requester.

13. Changes to this policy

EFECADE may update this policy when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the beginning of each language version identifies the current revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when they take effect.
